Finishing my first full marathon!
My running journey started in August of 2008. I had just started working my first big girl job and needed motivation to get off the couch. In February 2009, I completed my first half marathon. Since then I've added a 10-K, 2 15K's, 7 more half marathons and a full marathon! During that time I've battled IT band issues, motivation issues, hip/pain in the butt issues and the occasional blister.

When I'm not training for a race {which lately is most of the time} I try to stay in shape by taking our dogs Maxwell & Clementine on walks, going to boot camp, practicing yoga, doing the 30 Day Shred or most recently I've been sucked into the world of Crossfit. In the beginning, I used this little corner of the internet to keep me accountable and track my training. It's now become a catch-all for all things Kelly.
