When I'm not training for a race {aka not running at all because of the Texas heat} I try to stay in shape
by taking our dog Maxwell on walks, going to boot camp, practicing yoga or doing the dreaded 30 Day Shred at home. In the beginning, I used this little corner of the internet to keep me accountable and to track my training. It's now become a catch-all for all things Kelly.
