You are the best thing

Crazy to think it's already been a year.

Seems like yesterday that we had our first look in the garden.

 Seems like yesterday that we promised to love each other more everyday.

Seems like yesterday that we were in the mountains of New Mexico with all of our friends and family.

Seems like yesterday that we were hitting golf balls off of the #9 tee box.

Seems like yesterday that we were dancing to Ray, "You are the best thing."

 Seems like yesterday we were leaving as a married couple in a sea of golden aspen leaves.

The past year has flown by. We couldn't be happier.

P.S. Keeping with the tradition of celebrating major events after the fact, {like our delayed honeymoon} we are taking a delayed anniversary trip to Utah to snowboard in December. That's how we roll. This weekend we are laying low at home with celebratory wine, cupcakes and good food.
